Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross) striped apron for outside or “dirty” work.
This particular one isn’t reversible, there’s only one pocket at the right side. Wrong side of the apron fabric is slightly ligher in colour.

bib width 30cm/12″
waist 53cm/20 3/4″ plus 100cm/39″ long tie straps, so it’s 20 3/4 inches
